Aging ! Are you terrified of aging?

Aging ! Are you afraid of getting older?
I believe that aging can be both frustrating and terrifying at times. I have many regrets in my life that I wish I had not avoided. I also see aging as a gift of what we have worked for, and it simply provides us with strength in the face of fear. I believe that fear of aging arises when we have been so slow in comparison to the time that has passed us by and we regret not using the time to fulfill our desires. It happens that our life expectations and desires do not match the path we are on, making life difficult and challenging. Fortunately, despite being annoying, fear of aging can help us make future plans or even B plans.
